Scientific Supervisor of the BRICS Law Institute

 

Scientific Supervisor coordinates economic activity and scientific supervision of the Institute. Scientific Supervisor and Vice-Chairman of the Academic Council of the Institute is Prof. Victor D. Perevalov, President of the Urals State Law University, member of the Praesidium of the Association of Lawyers of Russia, Doctor of Law.

 

Victor Perevalov is the Managing editor and co-author of textbooks on the theory of law, political science and constitutional law of the Russian Federation. On behalf of the Ministry of Education, he participated in the development and is one of the authors of the concept of legal education in the Russian Federation and the State educational standard of the specialty "Jurisprudence".

 

As an Advisory Board member of the Constitutional Commission of the Supreme Council Victor Perevalov participated in the drafting of the Constitution, was the developer of a number of federal regulatory acts, the Constitution and laws of the Sverdlovsk region.
