Vinnitskiy Danil Vladimirovich, Doctor of Law, Professor, Head of the Department of Finance Law, Ural State Law University, Director of the Eurasian Research Center for Comparative and International Finance Law, member of the Praesidium of the International Finance Law Association, Chairman of the Urals branch. He is a member of the Academic Board of the European Association of Tax Law Professors, the chief editor of the Russian Yearbook of International Tax Law, Visiting Professor at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

 

Research interests - tax and finance law, including comparative, foreign and international tax law. He has authored over 200 research papers, including monographs, textbooks and manuals for finance and tax law, as well as articles and other works in Russian, English, Spanish, German and other languages ​​published in major law reviews in Russia and in other states. Is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board at various authorities, participated in the drafting of legal acts of the regional and federal level, opinions on projects of the Plenum of the Russian Supreme Court, was engaged in the work at the Russian Constitutional Court as an expert.
