XII сессия Европейско-Азиатского правового конгресса

 

13 – 14 сентября 2018 года в Екатеринбурге в рамках празднования 100-летия Уральского государственного юридического университета состоялась XII сессия Европейско-Азиатского правового конгресса.

 

В ходе заседания экспертов Института права БРИКС проведён Круглый стол по трём ключевым темам:

 

1. Взаимосогласительные процедуры и арбитраж по инвестиционным и налоговым спорам;
2. Глобальное контрактное право в эпоху имплементации плана по противодействию эрозии налоговой базы и переносу центров прибыли за рубеж (BEPS);
3. Правовой режим трансграничных научно-исследовательских проектов в ЕАЭС, БРИКС, ОЭСР.

 

В мероприятии приняли участие исследователи Института права БРИКС, члены Секретариата Стран Африки, Карибского бассейна и Тихого океана, представители Санкт-Петербургского государственного университета, Московского государственного университета им. М.В. Ломоносова, Омского государственного университета им. Ф.М. Достоевского,  а также International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD). Участники представили доклады по актуальным вопросам регулирования научно-исследовательской деятельности в Евразийском экономическом союзе и трансграничного налогообложения в БРИКС.
